The IPS Speakers’ Forum is the latest addition to the repertoire of Skill Enhancement Platforms and clubs in IPS COLLEGE Jaipur with the objective of building the competency level of students in communication so that they gain confidence to lead others.

The fellow forum members will grow, by regularly delivering speeches, leading teams, gaining and giving feedback, and guiding each other to achieve their goals, making each and every member emerge a leader. They will learn to tell their stories, to listen and answer, to plan and lead, finding their path to leadership.

Speakers Forum has been designed to make it informative and enjoyable at the same time. There will be an interesting Question and Answer round, at the end of every three presentations to make the program informative and stimulating. In the end, each speaker will be given comprehensive feedback on the basis of their grammatical usage, fillers, pauses, and repetitions, so that they are aware of their areas of strength and their areas of improvement.

Best performers will be awarded with ‘Certificates of Recognition’, every month.

Already launched in the BBA and BCA sections, it will be introduced in the MBA sections after their ongoing II Mid-term University Examinations.

The Forum will drive away stage fear in students and make them effective orators who will speak fluently and with confidence. Students will be encouraged to present on diverse topics ranging from Current Affairs, Science and Technology, Social Issues, Business, Economics, and Management, bolstered with the use of PPT and videos.

The brilliant renditions in the recently concluded Forums witnessed students of BBA and BCA sharing opinions on the topic ‘Can Money Buy You Happiness?’ proving the productivity of the concept and making everyone realize the importance of being able to communicate our thoughts with clarity.
