To accelerate the pace of creating a compelling start-up ecosystem in Rajasthan, the state government has operationalized the biggest and the most advanced start-up hub - Techno Hub. The idea is to provide an entire support system to the rising entrepreneurs by helping them to pitch their ideas and get connected with potential investors. The incubation center offers free space, connectivity, easier funding, mentorship, and exposure to the start-ups.

More than 150 freshmen BCA students of IPS COLLEGE, got an opportunity to experience the immense potential of IT in the realm of Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, implementation variants of Python and Artificial Intelligence during their hands-on leaning which was both knowledge enhancing and immensely entertaining in the Techno-Hub’s IT museum. Roller-coaster ride, Paragliding, creative photography, robotics and various other specimen of innovation and ideation of start-ups were on display which thoroughly entertained the students.

The students then visited the facilities of the biggest start-up hub in the country with a seating capacity of more than 700 start-ups, with 1, 00,000 sq. ft. of incubation space entirely dedicated to entrepreneurship & development. The major attractions are sleeping pods imported from Japan, a tinkering lab, working spaces, a gymnasium, and a cafeteria.

The students were then assembled in the conference room, where Mr. Soumya Ranjan of EY, the consulting group of Techno-Hub addressed the students on various programs initiated by the incubation centre, including the School Start-up program which endeavors by handholding and providing exposure to students with the help of supportive teachers, engaging entrepreneurs, community shapers and innovative companies to ignite their young minds and prepare them for the real world.

Through this program, the students can avail themselves of the learning materials, competitions, and working spaces for activities related to entrepreneurship, innovation, emerging technologies, and prototyping.
