IPS Talent Hunt - 8th Sep 2026
Talent Hunt | Genesis 2026 at IPS BUSINESS SCHOOL JAIPUR.
A talent needs more than an audience. Sometimes, it simply needs a stage.
The beginning of college comes with new faces, new surroundings and plenty of possibilities. While academics become an important part of the journey, college is also where students begin discovering what they enjoy, what they are good at and what they have the confidence to pursue.
Recently, Genesis 2026 at IPS BUSINESS SCHOOL JAIPUR brought this spirit to life through its Talent Hunt, bringing together students from the MBA, BBA and BCA programmes.
With 40+ activities across areas such as coding, dancing, singing, sports, gaming and more, the event gave students an opportunity to step forward and showcase abilities that may not always find a place inside a classroom.
The energy on campus said enough. Students performed, competed, cheered for one another and took their turn in the spotlight. Some stepped onto a stage with confidence; for others, it may simply have been the courage to try something new. Every performance, every participation and every cheer became part of the experience.
But the Talent Hunt was about more than a day of performances.
At IPS, such platforms are created to recognise student potential and give it room to grow. The aim is to identify talent that can be nurtured further and, where appropriate, represent the institution at university, national and international competitions.
More importantly, experiences like these give students something that cannot be measured by a classroom assessment alone the confidence to participate, the willingness to take initiative and the opportunity to discover a side of themselves they may not have explored before.
For some, it was a performance. For others, it was a first step. For everyone, it became a part of the Genesis 2026 journey.
And sometimes, giving a student the stage is all it takes to help them discover how much they can do.
