Hitesh Dhankani – Co-founder Analah Capital and CEO Analah21 & Frac Assets interacts with MBA IV Sem. Students of IPS BUSINESS SCHOOL

May 20, 2021: Mr. Hitesh Dhankani, alumnus IIM-Calcutta, a Computer Engineer, who is also the the Co-Founder of Analah Capital - a technology-based Distribution Platform for Financial Services, Taxation and Real Estate, with offices at Mumbai, Dubai and London; CEO of Analah21 - a Global Distribution Platform for Real Estate Investments, Immigration and Technology Solutions and Director of NRIA – a US based Real Estate Fund Conglomerate, graced the Fourth Semester MBA students of IPS BUSINESS SCHOOL, with his effervescent dynamism bolstered with practical pointers to excel in these COVID times – with the icing on the cake being his making genuine Global offers to the students of IPS in the field of Investment Banking.

That’s what separates IPS BUSINESS SCHOOL from the rest – when others are struggling for domestic placement opportunities, IPS BUSINESS SCHOOL is opening doors for Global Opportunities.

As an initiation to his objective of enabling the students to be suitably placed, Mr. Dhankani emphasized the role of Technology in all spheres of business and life, elucidating that investments to the tune of 36-37 percent were being made in making businesses technically enabled.

As a result, he confirmed, that Management students who are not upskilling in the Tech Quotient will become increasingly redundant in the near future – as they will not be able to meet the business requirements according to the ‘New Normal’ standards.

Expressing valid practical connect, he established the fact, that today he is able to be professionally active, globally, from his son’s study room, instead of his posh office located at BKC (Bandra-Kurla Complex), Mumbai – the Financial Backbone of Indian Economy; was due to the power of Information Technology.

The bottom-line as expressed by this Entrepreneurial Wizard is – working from his son’s study room has only enhanced his Global Business!

The second canon for success was established as building an intrinsic passion for ‘Sales’, a paradigm that most of the students in the Indian MBA fraternity dislikes. He highlighted the fact that there is no life or business without ‘sales’, every domain or specialization requires you to be an outstanding sales professional. Today, if you are not able to contribute in profit generation you are not welcome. But, what the new generation needs to understand is, ‘sales’ does not mean door-to-door canvassing, everything is technically-enabled and today organization need professionals who are adept as Tech-Sales.

And the final advice was to come out of this mindset of a 10-5 Job. He vehemently argued and established that ‘working by the clock’ is out of contention. Everyone needs to project an Entrepreneurial fervor. He quoted his own passion of ‘working till he fell asleep’, and urged the students to follow a path which associates with their passion – as depicted in the Bollywood Hit ‘3 Idiots’.

His concluding lines verified that he was an average student, but passionate towards his work. From a simple beginning in Ajmer, to Mumbai and then spreading his wings to Dubai and London and now managing his business Globally.

The winning mantra is therefore - your Attitude!

All the Best!
